Training in Renewable Energy and Environmental Awareness, as well as Collaborative Work between the School’s Vocational Education and Training (VET) Programmes and the Biology and Geology Department.

Short description of the opportunity

Participants will be able to observe and, hopefully, gain hands-on experience through the two alternatives proposed:

• Training in renewable energy and environmental awareness, as addressed, for example, in the elective module offered by the school within the Electricity programmes on the automation of agricultural and livestock facilities, where students work with different systems such as irrigation technologies, solar-powered pumping systems, and other sustainable energy solutions.
• Collaborative work between the school’s VET programmes and the Biology and Geology Department, promoting interdisciplinary learning and the exchange of knowledge on sustainability, environmental protection, and innovative technological applications.
