The Foligno week marked the culmination of these efforts, allowing everyone to come together, collaborate face-to-face, and apply their knowledge in a dynamic, hands-on environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enneplusproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/edited-48-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35889\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enneplusproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/edited-48-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.enneplusproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/edited-48-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enneplusproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/edited-48-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/www.enneplusproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/edited-48-1536x1152.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.enneplusproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/edited-48-2048x1536.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why organise a training course under Erasmus+ KA2?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal was to support schools and Vocational and Educational Training centres (VET) in continuing to develop and expand the eco-innovative projects they presented at the Eco-Digithon. Equipping teachers with project management tools such as GANTT charts, budgeting, needs analysis, and problem trees provides skills that are immediately applicable not only to Erasmus+ KA2 projects but also to many other funding opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Five days of intensive learning and teamwork<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over five days, participants alternated between lessons and hands-on teamwork, putting theory into practice immediately. I leave these thoughts feeling fortunate to be here, working with a clear goal to improve what motivates me most \u2013 education \u2013 and above all, enjoying the experience of being in a different place, with my colleagues and with participants from other countries.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Looking ahead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course is not over.
