IES Sáenz de Buruaga, located in Mérida (Badajoz), is a public school that offers Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, and Intermediate and Higher VET Programs. In the Spanish Eco-Digithon 2025, it leads a project that proposes a sustainable waste management system in clinical-biomedical laboratories based on circular economy principles, aiming to reuse materials, reduce costs, and promote responsible practices.
